Selected candidates will get Stipend of Rs.3542/- per month. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in selection process.

IMPORTANT DATES

Closing date for receiving hard copy of application forms 10th June, 2016.
Educational Eligibility :
Qualification for eligible candidates must be Diploma in the disciplines of Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice (MoM & SP). Check the official detail for the complete detail.
Age Bond :
Upper age limit is 26 years. 3 years relaxation is there for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates as on 10th June, 2016. Otherwise they will not eligible for Recruitment process.
Application Fee :
Application fee (non-refundable) for candidates belongs to all categories, please visit official notification.
Selection Process :
The Selection of Apprentices shall be depended on Merit list only i.e. marks secured in their qualification of Diploma.
How To Apply
Application form in proper format is required by department. Last Date for receiving completed forms is 10th June, 2016. After this you can’t apply. Before next step please read advertisement carefully :

A)  Download application in prescribed format from official website link given below.

B) Read instructions and fill the form with correct details of mobile number, E-Mail ID etc.

C) Attach relevant documents and send it to given address on or before 10th June, 2016.

D)  On the top of the envelope, mention “Application for Diploma (MoM & SP) Apprenticeship”.
Document Needed :

  1. Diploma certificate
  2. Caste certificate
  3. Voter Card
 Must Follow Tips :
  1. Application forms received after the last date of 10.06.2016 will be summarily rejected.
  2. Duration of training period will be one year only.
  3. Department will not pay any TA/DA for attending the verification process.
