Eligibility
Criteria for Applying

full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology in the relevant
discipline from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 65%

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 27
years as of the last date of online application submission. Age relaxation is
applicable for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as

EET Selection Process 2026
The selection process for the Engineering Executive Trainee will be based primarily on GATE 2025 scores.

Compensation &
Benefits

be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 during the one-year training
period. In addition to basic pay, trainees will receive Dearness Allowance

leave benefits, and other allowances as per company rules. After successful
completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as assistant managers.
Service Agreement Bond

required to execute a service agreement bond to serve the company for a minimum
