Designation: Clerk.

 

Number of Vacancies: 390 Posts.

Note: The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without any notice, depending upon the number of clerk vacancies as on date of preparation of merit list and posting. However, number of candidates to be recommended will be decided by the Hon’ble Central Recruitment Committee.

 

Pay: The salary, pay, allowances etc. of the recommended candidates will be governed as per the latest rules and instructions issued by Government of Haryana duly adopted for the Subordinate Courts of Haryana from time to time.

 

Eligibility Criteria for applying this Punjab and Haryana High court vacancy

Age Limit: The age of the candidates for applying this Punjab and Haryana high court clerk recruitment is in between 18-42 Years. The age of the candidates will be decided on the basis of following date: “1^st January 2022”.

DISQUALIFICATION  Criteria:

No Person :-

·      Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse livingor.

·      Who, having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with anyperson.

Shall be eligible for appointment to the service.

 

Provided that the Hon’ble Committee, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage may exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

The Selection procedure of Punjab and Haryana High Court Clerk Recruitment 2022 will consist of following rounds. Those who cleared all these rounds of selection will be appointed to the clerk posts. The various stages of selection are as follow:
