Eligibility Criteria for Applying
Education: Applicants who have passed in their 12th class
in any stream from a recognized educational board of India can apply for this
Indian Air Force Agniveer recruitment 2023.
Eligibility for Science Subjects:
10+2
pass with math, physics, and English subject with a minimum of 50% marks in
each subject.
OR
A
three-year diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic,
automotive, computer science, instrumentation technology, or information
technology) with a minimum grade point average of 50% and a minimum grade point
average of 50% in English.
OR
A
two-year degree programme with non-vocational grades in math and physics from
any recognised board with a minimum of 50% overall and 50% in English.
Eligibility for Subjects Other Than Science:
Intermediate
(10+2) with a minimum of 50% overall and 50% in English.
OR
A
two-year vocational program with at least a 50% overall average and 50% in
English.
Age Bond: Applicants who have an age between 17.5 years to 21 Years can apply for this

The

Selection Process:
1. A
written test
2. Physical
Measurement Test and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for CASB (PMT).
3. Both
the Adaptability Test I and II.
4. Validation
of Documents.
5. Medical
Evaluation.
Physical Fitness Test and Air Force
Agniveer Physical Standards (PST) (PFT)
·
Height: A minimum of 152.5 cm is required.
·
Weight: For IAF purposes, weight should be in accordance to height
and age.
·
Chest: The minimum chest circumference is 77 cm, and the minimum
chest expansion is 05 cm.
·
Hearing: Must be normal, with each ear being able to
distinguish a forced whisper at a distance of six meters.
·
Dental: Should have at least 14 dental points and healthy gums and
teeth.
Test of Physical Fitness (PFT): The physical fitness test (PFT) would involve running 1.6 kilometers (Km) in 06 minutes and 30 seconds. To qualify for the physical fitness test, candidates must additionally do 10 pushups, 10 situps, and 20 squats in the allotted time.
