Compensation and Benefits related
to this Government jobs: First the Executive Trainee who are going to be
selected for these Government jobs will have to undergo one year training
during that period candidates will get monthly stipend of ‘Rs.50,000’. If essential,
then the trainee would be reserved for additional hours of training beyond
normal working hours and in such of cases applicants would be paid an
additional stipend limited to a maximum of ` 3000/-pm.
After successful accomplishment
of 1 year training as a Executive Trainees, they will be appointment as
Assistant Manager in E-1 Grade. They will get the pay scale of ‘Rs.40000-3%-140000
and pay fixed at the start of the 2nd year.
