Job Responsibilities: Taking dictation in shorthand and its
transcription in e-media, fixing of appointments, attending telephone calls
& visitors, general assistance in matters of correspondence, filing papers,
movement of files, co-ordinating with various agencies. Preparing draft notes,
letters, minutes etc.
Required Eligibility
Conditions for this BARC Recruitment
Educational Criteria for Clerk: Applicants who have successfully passed in their Graduation with minimum of 50% marks under any stream can apply for this job profiles under this Govt Job Recruitment process. Applicants must have good typing speed of 30 Word per Minutes in English language on computer.

Criteria for Stenographer Posts: Must have the following educational
certificate and skills for applying this job profile:
(i) 10th pass (Matriculation)
or equivalent qualification.
