Pay Scale:
Rs.9200/- to Rs.22,400/- per month for post no.1 ; Rs.7300/- to Rs.17,800/- per
month for post no.2
Educational
Eligibility: Eligible candidates should have the qualification of
Graduation in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks. Short hand speed in
english is 80 words per minute for post no.1, 35 words per minute for post no.2
Post qualification experience will not be required for both posts.
Age Bond: Maximum
age for Personal Assistant/ Stenographer posts and Junior Assistant (HR) posts
as on 01st March, 2016 is 27 years. 5 years age relaxation is there for SC/ST
candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates.
Selection Process:
Candidates will appear for Written exam followed by skill test. Applicants who
secured at least 50% marks in Written test, will be called for skill test.
Questions will be asked in Written exam are from General Intelligence &
Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language Comprehension. Venue for
Written test is "RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan Plot No. 1, Sector 29 Gurgaon –
122001, Haryana".
