Process for Applying this IOCL Recruitment 2021

Steps for Applying:
1. The online applications are invited by IOCL for the Apprenticeship at its Refineries at the following cities: “Guwahati, Digboi, Bongaigaon(Assam), Barauni (Bihar), Vadodara (Gujarat), Haldia (West Bengal), Mathura (UP), Panipat {Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex (PRPC)} (Haryana) and Paradip (Odisha).
2. An applicant can apply for an apprenticeship in any one of the Refinery units of his/her choice.
3. Option for exercising the choice of a Refinery unit has been provided in the application menu (on-line application portal) which shall open at 10.00 hours on 22-10-2021 and close at 17.00 hours on 12-11-2021.
4. The Applicants satisfying all the prescribed suitability standards for a trade/discipline, may visit the official website www.iocl.com, go to ‘What’s New’ > go to Engagement of Apprentices under Refineries Division> Click on “Detailed Advertisement” (to refer to the Advertisement) > Click on “Click here to Apply Online” (to fill the online application form). The candidate must have an active email ID and mobile phone number which must remain valid for at least the next 1 year. All future communication with candidates will take place only through website/email/SMS alerts. Applications submitted through online mode will only be accepted.
5. The applicant should have a scanned copy of the color photograph and signature in jpg format (size not exceeding 50 KB) ready before applying online. The photo and signature in digital form will be required to be uploaded.
6. The applicant must determine the accuracy of all info before filling in the Online Application Form and it’s a final submission.
7. The applicant shall be wholly/exclusively responsible for the information provided in his/her online application form.
8. The incomplete application form, the application form not satisfying the suitability criteria/parameters and applications received in mode /form other than on-line mode shall be treated as “Rejected”.
9. The soft-copy of the online application form shall be taken by the applicant for reference and produced for confirmation at the time of Document Authentication.
10. Further information regarding written examination, call letters, results, etc. shall be made available through the websites www.iocl.com/ www.iocrefrecruit.in or through email. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep visiting the websites www.iocl.com/ www.iocrefrecruit.in and check their registered email regularly.
