Eligibility
Criteria for NHM UP CHO Recruitment
Age Bond: The age of the candidate should not be
exceeded 35 years. The age relaxation for the reserved category is as per the UP State
Government.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must
complete B.SC in Nursing with the integrated curriculum of certificate in Community
Health for Nurses from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institute.
Salary
Structure for NHM UP CHO Recruitment
The salary structure for NHM UP CHO is 20500/- + 15000/-
Performance-Based Incentive(PBI).
A surety Bond of 2.50 Lakh on the Non Judicial stamp paper
of Rs. 100/- must be submitted by the candidates at the time of joining as CHO
to serve for three years in Uttar Pradesh.
