Eligibility
Criteria for BEL Recruitment
Educational Qualification: The candidate must complete
B.E/B.Tech with minimum 55% marks for general, EWS, and OBC candidates.
Candidates must possess all years mark sheets and degree certificate.
Programming subject in their academic curriculum (C/C++/Java/Python) is
mandatorily required, for candidates with B.E/B.Tech in Electronics,
Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Electrical
Age limit: The candidate must be a
citizen of India. The age of the candidate should be of 28 years for general
candidates. The age relaxation for the categories are as follows:

Salary for BEL Trainee Engineers:
The salary for the post of Trainee Engineer is
For 1st year- 30000/month
For 2nd year- 35000/month

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2022

The selection process for the post of Trainee
Engineer will be based on written test and walk-in-interview
·
Written test will be conducted for 85 marks for
candidates meeting eligibility criteria.
·
Candidates passing the written test will be
shortlisted for the interview in the order of merit based on their performance in
the written test.
·
The written test results will be announced and
interviews conducted on the same day or subsequent days.
·
Passing marks for General/EWS/OBC is 35% for
written test and interview and 30% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

The printout application form is mandatory for
attending the selection process. If not candidates will not be allowed to attend
the written test.
·
Candidates who have not studied programming
subjects in their academic curriculum such as C/C++/Java/Python need not apply
for the post.
·
Those who are unable to produce their degree
certificate will not be considered.
·
The Caste/EWS/Disability certificate should be
strictly in the format available on the BEL website.
·
The shortlisting for interview and subsequent
processes is strictly provisional.
·
BEL has a right to change any of the criteria,
method of selection, number of posts, at the time of selection.
·
BEL reserves the right to disqualify any
candidate at any stage of the selection process for any reason.
·
The candidate who belongs to Indian nationals
needs to apply for the post.
