UPSC IFS Recruitment 2022
Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) has released a
notification for Indian Forest Service Examination. There are a total of 151
vacancies will be recruited through this exam. To be a part of this service,
one has to first clear the Civil Services Preliminary Examination which will be
conducted on 5th June 2022. It is

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC IFS Recruitment 2022
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be a
minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 32 years. There will be age relaxation for
the reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold
a Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal husbandry
and veterinary science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics,
Statistics and Zoology, Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or
Engineering from any recognized university.
Application Fee for UPSC IFS Recruitment 2022
The application fee for General/OBC candidates is 100/- and
there is no application fee for Female/SC/ST/PH candidates. The payment can be
done online. The payment process is done by using debit cards, credit
cards, and internet banking in any branch of SBI.
Selection Process for UPSC IFS Recruitment 2022
The Indian Forest Service Examination will consist of three
successive stages
Civil Services(Preliminary Examination) of objective type
questions for the selection of the candidates for the Indian Forest Service and
Indian Forest Service Main Examination for the selection of candidates for the
Indian Forest Service and followed by an Interview.

Vacancies for UPSC IFS 2022
The number of vacancies to be filled on the results of the
examination is expected to be 151. The number of vacancies is liable to
