Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility
conditions.
Age Limit: The age of applicants should be:

Candidates must have been born between 02 March 1996 and
01 March 2005. The age relaxation will be provided to reserved category
candidates as per Government of India rules.
Education: Applicants must possess a Graduation Degree
from a recognized university. The Only diploma qualifications will
not be considered as eligible. The candidates must have their degree
certificate or final marksheet available at the time of application.
Work Experience: This IDBI recruitment requires prior banking
experience. Candidates must have:

2 years of post-qualification experience in any of the

• Scheduled Private Sector Banks
• Regional Rural Banks
• Cooperative Banks
Preference will be given to candidates having experience

Salary Details: The selected candidates will be
appointed as Assistant Manager (Grade A).
Pay Scale: The basic
Pay starts at approximately ₹48,480 per month. The pay scale is ₹48,480
– ₹85,920. Along with basic salary, candidates will also receive additional
