Eligibility Criteria for applying this UPSC CDS Exam 2024

Age Bond: Applicants who are aged between 20 years to 24 years as of 01^st January 2024 can apply for this UPSC CDS Exam 2024. Candidates born not earlier than 02^nd January 2000 and not later than 01^st January 2004. Specifically, born on January 2, 2001, and January 1, 2005, at the latest

Qualification: Different Educational Criteria are required for different Defence Forces. The educational Criteria are as follows:

1.    For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy: Those candidates who have completed their Graduation Degree from a recognized University or equivalent can apply.

2.    For Indian Naval Academy: Applicants who have completed their Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.

3.    For Air Force Academy: Applicants having a Graduation Degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or a Bachelor of Engineering can apply.

 

How much is the application fee for applying for this CDS Exam 2024?

·      Those who belong to the Female/SC/ST Category have to pay the NIL application fee for applying for this CDS Exam 2024.

·      Those who belong to other categories have to pay a Rs.200 application fee amount.

Mode of Payment: You have to pay the application fee either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using the net banking facility of Any Bank.

The deadline to apply online is January 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM.

The deadline for cash payments of fees is January 8, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
