Process for Applying: The application should
reach in the office of Deputy Director (Animal Health/Breeding) Shimla, Distt.
Shimla, on or before 30th March, 2020 up to 4:00 P.M. positively and the
candidate of Tribal Areas of Himachal Pradesh Shall be given an additional time
of 15 days i.e. 16th April up to 4 P.M.) to submit their applications in the
office of the Deputy Director (Animal Health/Breeding) Shimla, Distt. Shimla.
The applications received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected
straightway without assigning any reason. The department will not be
responsible for delay in receipt of applications due to any reasons whatsoever.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for Applying these Animal
husbandry jobs in hp?
Essential Qualification: Should be Matric pass or its equivalent
from recognized Board of School Education/Institution.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of customs, manners and
dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar
conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Age Bond: The applicant should be between 18 to 45 years
as on 01-01-2020. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for candidates
belonging to SC/ST/OBC.
Place of Posting Shimla (Directorate) and District Shimla in
Himachal Pradesh.
What is the Mode of Selection Related to these Govt Jobs
in HP?
Selection
will be done strictly on the basis of parameters fixed by the Govt. vide
Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(15)5/2014 dated 17th April 2017, as under:-
Documents to be attached with the application forms:-
i. Attested/self-attested
copies of date of birth certificate, academic qualification certificate, SC/OBC
certificate and Bona fide Himachali Certificate.
ii. A certificate
belonging to notified Backward Area or Panchayat, Landless family/family having
less than 1 Hact. Land, non-employment etc., issued by the competent authority.
iii. A certificate of BPL,
widow/divorced/destitute/single woman, single daughter/orphan etc. issued by
the competent authority.
iv. A certificate of
Hearing Handicapped person issued by the competent authority.
v. A certificate of
NCC/NSS/Scouts & Guides and Medal winners of National level sports
competition issued by the competent authority.
vi. A certificate of
experience, if any, issued by competent authority.
General Instruction Related to these Animal Husbandry Government
Jobs:-
1.
The
Candidate must apply on the prescribed form which is with this advertisement
and candidates are advised to apply on this format only on A-4 size paper.
Application received in any other format except the Annexure-B will be rejected
outrightly.
2 The application form
should be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting with blue/black
ink ball point pen.
3 The candidate must
fulfil all the required essential educational and other qualifications on the
last date fixed for the submission/receipt of application forms.

Incomplete
application forms e.g. declaration not signed, without photo and enclosures not
attached and columns not filled in or applications received after due date
shall be rejected summarily without assigning any reason.
5 The validity of OBC
certificate is for one year from the date of its issuance. The candidates are
required to furnish a valid certificate in support of his/her claim.
6 Only Himachal bona
fide candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC will be eligible for the posts reserved
for respective categories.

Candidates
should also attach one self-addressed enclose of 9”*4 (inch) size along with
Rs. 6/- (six) postage stamp pasted on it with the application form.
8 The originals
certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
