Scale of Pay: Selected candidates will get monthly payment of Rs.10,300/- to Rs.34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- plus other allowances.

Educational Eligibility: Candidates should have the qualification of diploma (3 years duration) in the stream of Civil or Electrical with good academic records or equivalent diploma in Civil or Electrical streams from a recognized Institution/ Board. Desirable qualification is punjabi of Matric from a recognized University / Institution.

Age Bond: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and greater than 37 years. Age should be reckoned as on 01.01.2016 For all central or state govt. employees, upper age limit is relaxed up to 45 years. 5 years age relaxation for SC/ ST candidates of punjab i.e. up to 42 years.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will mainly based on performance in personal Interview which will be conducted by Punjab Department of Panchayati Raj.
