Pay Scale :
Pay Scale for Assistant Librarian posts is Rs.16000/- to Rs.29600/- per month; Rs.14550/- to Rs.26700/- per month for Hostel Warden posts; Rs.12500/- to Rs.24000/- per month for Library Assistant posts.

Last date for payment of application fee is 23rd November, 2016.
Educational Eligibility :
Qualification for Assistant Librarian posts is P.U.C with Diploma in Library Science; For Warden posts, graduation degree; For Library Assistant, S.S.L.C. with C.Lib.S.C. or its equivalent qualification.
Age Bond :
Age Limit for Assistant Librarian or Library Assistant posts is in between 18 years to 45 years; For Hostel Warden posts, 18 years to 35 years.
Application Fee :
Application fee for General Merit, Category 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates is Rs.300/-; Rs.25/- for SC, ST & Category-1, PH & Ex-MP candidates. Last date for payment of application fee is 23rd November, 2016.
Selection Process :
Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) selection committee will conduct a written test for all candidates.
