Profile Name: Legal Assistant
Vacancies: 12 Posts
Pay Band: Rs.23,320 per Month.
The
Education Qualification for the said post is as under:-
(i) 1st Division in 10th
and 12th Mandatory.
(ii) Law Graduate from Recognized
University (English Medium)
(iii) Minimum two years’
experience of any Court of Law.
(iv) 10% weightage of mark
obtained in LLM shall be given to candidates who possess LLM Qualification.
AGE Bond:- Maximum age 42 years as
per Govt. Instructions, however in case of reserve candidate 5 years relaxation
shall be given. The benefit of reservation shall be given to Backward Classes,
Other Backward Classes, Ex-Serviceman, EWS, Physically Handicapped, Scheduled
Caste, Schedule tribe as per State Government reservation policy.
Total Number of Posts:- 12 (can be increased or
reduced as per requirement. The person can be posted at Headquarter/anywhere in the state of Haryana).
Duties/Responsibility under this
Designation:
I.
Deal with all court cases from receipt till the final state.
II. Advice on legal issues pertaining to the field.
Ill.
Discuss and prepare a draft reply in consultation with the headquarter. The
draft of the written statement be prepared from the legal cell (Head Quarter) as well
as Office of the Advocate General, Haryana.
IV.
Any other assigned work related to court cases/legal matters.
