Pay scale: The selected candidates for these Assistant Manager jobs will receive a base salary of Rs.44,500 per month in the range of Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)-89150 (17 years) plus additional allowances such as house allowance, qualification allowance, dearness allowance, city compensatory allowance, grade allowance, and other benefits as permitted from time to time.
The chosen applicants' base salary will be set at the lowest pay scale level relevant to the position. The starting gross monthly salary for an Assistant Manager is around Rs.1,46,000 (without including qualification allowance, if applicable). The New Pension Scheme (NPS), which has specified contributions, will apply to selected candidates.

Application
Fee for IRDAI Assistant Manager Recruitment in 2024
For those who are SC, ST, or PWD, the
application cost for the IRDAI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024 is Rs. 100.
