HPPSC Naib Tehsildar Recruitment 2022 – Apply Online for the posts
Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released a
notification to fill the posts of Naib Tehsildar. The notification has been
released by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in the Department of Revenue,
Government of Himachal Pradesh. Every year Himachal Pradesh Public Service
Commission releases a notification to recruit Naib Tehsildar posts in the
Government department.
Candidates who want to apply for the posts in the Revenue Department must apply through online mode. Candidates are recruited to
this post on direct recruitment basis. Candidates who wish to apply for this Naib
Tehsildar vacancies should complete Bachelor’s
Degree. Candidates will be selected to the posts based on their performance

About the Commission:- Himachal Pradesh
attained statehood on 25th January 1971. Prior to this date, the function of the Public Service Commission in respect of the civil services and posts in
connection with the affairs of the Union Territory of Himachal Pradesh were
being discharged by the Union Public Service Commission under Article 315 of
the Constitution of India. It was, therefore, incumbent on the State to have
its own Public Service Commission.
However, since a State Public Service Commission could be constituted
simultaneously with the attainment of Statehood, the Union Public Service
Commission, on a request from the Governor of the State of Himachal Pradesh
with the approval of the President of India, agreed to serve the needs of
Himachal Pradesh till the establishment of a Public Service Commission for the
State or for a period of three months from 25th January 1971 whichever was
earlier.

How much is the Application Fee for

OBC, EWS, Other State candidates have to pay the fee of Rs. 400/-.

Selection Procedure for HP Naib Tehsildar Recruitment
Selection to the posts of Naib Tehsildar will
be based on their performance in the below-mentioned stages.

Screening Test
(ii)
Main examination
(iii)
Personality Test.
Examination Pattern:

Screening test is of 2 hours duration. The examination contains 120 multiple-choice questions. The paper is based on
General knowledge.
· Candidates who got qualified in the screening test are eligible to appear for the Main examination. The number of candidates to be called for (Main) written examination will be 20 times the total number of posts advertised. The Main examination consists of four papers.

Qualified candidates in the
main examination will be called for an interview.
Examination Centres:
Examination for Objective Type Screening Test
is proposed to be held at Shimla, Mandi, Sundernagar, Kangra, Dharamshala,
Palampur, Solan, Una, Nahan, Bilaspur, Kullu, Chamba, Hamirpur (Reckong peo
(Kinnaur) and Keylong (Lahaul & Spiti) if no. of the candidate is more than one
hundred.)
