First Stage:
Written Exam - The list of qualified

Second Stage:
PST, PET, and Documentation - All applicants
appearing in the second stage must pass the PST/PET and provide documentation
in order to proceed to the next level.
Dictation and Paragraph Reading Tests (Only for HC(RO)
candidates) During this stage, candidates vying for the position of HC(RO) must
pass the Dictation Test and the Paragraph Reading Test.
Third Stage:
Medical Examination - All Male and Female
candidates who qualified in the First and Second Phases (based on merit) will
be permitted to appear in the Detailed Medical Examination. The medical
examination will be valid for one year.
