2018 Scholarship Schemes. So read out these various schemes below in this

1).
UQ Economics scholarship
Academically
strong students, who wish to undertake under graduation or postgraduate
programme in economics from Australia-based University of Queensland, can
apply.
Eligibility: The applicant must be
enrolled in any UG or PG course in the university. For UG, they must have
secured 90 per cent in Class XII and have cleared UQ maths entry requirement
whereas, for PG, 80 per cent score in graduation is mandatory. Also, a minimum
6.5 overall and at least 6.0 in each sub band of IELTS or equivalent score is
necessary.
Details: 50 per cent tuition
fee waiver.

2).
The University of Lincoln India scholarship
Graduate
students, who wish to pursue post-graduation from the University of Lincoln,
UK, are invited to apply for this scholarship.
Eligibility: Students who have
scored at least 50 per cent in their graduation, having IELTS score of 6.0 to
7.0 or equivalent and holding a conditional or unconditional offer letter for a
full-time postgraduate taught or Master’s by research programme.
Details: Selected students will
be receiving tuition fee waiver of GBP 5000 and 50 per cent fee waiver will be
given to candidates displaying excellent academic or extracurricular record.

3).
TJ India-Youth Fellowship Programme
This
two-week programme offers budding leaders, who have made contribution to
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to work with leading institution and learn
diplomacy, development, policy and education and whet their communication,
innovation, problem solving and management skills.
Eligibility: Young entrepreneurs,
who are running a start-up, NGO, initiative, campaign that leads to sustainable
development goal. Ones who are about to achieve success or have not received
large-scale public attention, are also eligible to apply.
Details: Opportunity to get
face to face with leading Indian Government, non-profit and business sectors
leaders. On ground experience in ones choice of project of Telangana Jagruthi
as a volunteer and consultant.

4).
Young India Fellowship
Applications
are being invited for the Young India Fellowship (YIF), a one-year postgraduate
programme in Liberal Studies at Ashoka University, Sonipat. Launched in 2011,
this unique programme has become one of the most sought-after programmes in
India, fostering academic, social and business leaders of tomorrow through a
multidisciplinary liberal education.
Eligibility: The YIF programme is
open to:
■Those
with a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree
■Those
who are no more than 28 years of age on 31st May, 2019
Admission
process: Applicants
will be shortlisted on the basis of an application evaluation, a telephonic
interview and a final round of a written comprehension test and an interview.
The admission process is split into three phases. The first phase of
application submissions will close on November 15, 2018. Final selection will
be based on the cumulative score of all the three rounds.
Details: YIF offers full and
partial scholarships to successful applicants and there is no fee for applying
to the programme.
