1). Photographs (Colour) –
6 (Self Attested), 4(NOK)
2). Character Certificate
issued by Gazetted Officers on or after 1st April 2019.
3). Birth and Educational
certificate original along with photocopies.
4). Voter ID/Ration Card/Adhar
Card original along with photocopies.
5). Police verification
certificate from the nearest police station in original no earlier than 1st
April 2019.
