Educational Qualification:

·       The applicant should be a Law Graduate from a recognized institution/ university.

·       He/ she should be qualified in competitive test to be held by the authority.

·       The candidate should be qualified in Punjabi & English typing test held by the recruiting authority.

·       The speed for typing must be 30 words per minute (wpm) or at such speed that is specified by the Punjab Government or as the conditions applicable by the Punjab Civil Services (General & Common Conditions of Services) Rules, 1994.

·       The one who has 120 hours course experience in the use of Personal computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a reputed or government recognized institution which is ISO 9001, certified.

Posses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer course (DOEACC) of Government of India.
