Recruitment department issued a PDF file in which they mentioned the various
term and conditions for recruiting Management trainees under various streams.

India 2019. EIL Recruitment department said that there is a total of 79 vacant
posts for Management trainee job profile which are going to be filled up after
the completion of this recruitment process. More detailed information related

Job Profile: Management Trainee
Number of Vacant Positions: 79 Posts
Pay Band: Rs.60,000 per Month
The
designated applicants shall undergo training of 1 year at any of its offices -
Head Office - New Delhi, Gurugram Office, Regional Offices at Chennai/
Vadodara/ Kolkata, Branch Office at Mumbai, Inspection Offices or Project Sites
etc. in India. Afterward, placement can be at any of these offices and Project
Sites in India and abroad.
During
the 1 year training period, the monthly payments shall be Rs.60,000/-(Rupees
Sixty Thousand only) + Accommodation & Transport or Rs.15,000/- (Rupees
Fifteen Thousand only) if accommodation & transport is not provided. During
the training period, other benefits like Medical will be provided to the
Trainee as per Company policy, applicable from time to time.

Suitability Standards Related to this EIL Recruitment
Educational Requirement: Applicants
who have completed their Graduation under Engineering line can apply. The
various Engineering streams are explained above in the table. So those who have
completed their B./B.Tech/BSc(Engineering) with minimum 65% marks can apply.
Age Bond: Age criteria
for various Categories candidates are as follow:

For General: Age must be less than 25 years.
·
For OBC: Age Must be less than 28 years.
·
For SC/ST: Age must be less than 30 years for
applying.
Application Fee: Candidates who satisfied above
eligibility criteria can apply online without paying any application fee. EIL Recruitment
department is inviting all eligible candidates to apply by paying ZERO application
fee.
